What are the payment options?

Payment can be made by debit or credit card online through Wix payments or if you'd rather pay over the phone you can call us on 01234 241477

What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Please notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by emails, we will send you a confirmation of your notification on receipt.
You will then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift card in values up to £500. If you would like to purchase any please contact us with all the details of the person you are purchasing for and any special message you want to send and we will post these out for you at standard 1st class cost.

Returns policy continued

If your items are faulty, damaged on receipt, not of a satisfactory quality or not as described, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your goods and we will refund your purchase.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, are personalised or bespoke made.
