What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Klarna, Clearpay, and Apple Pay to make your purchase as smooth as possible. For bespoke commissions or made-to-order items, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due on collection or before dispatch. Payments can be made securely in-store or online, and we’ll always provide a full receipt and confirmation of your order details.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you change your mind, you’re entitled to a refund or exchange in line with UK consumer rights. Items purchased in-store or online can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they’re unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are exempt from return or exchange unless faulty, as they’re created uniquely for you. If there’s ever an issue with your piece, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift card in values up to £500. If you would like to purchase any please contact us with all the details of the person you are purchasing for and any special message you want to send and we will post these out for you at standard 1st class cost.
Can you remodel or re-use my existing jewellery
Yes. We love transforming heritage pieces or unused jewellery into something new and wearable. We can melt down your metal, reuse your gemstones, or incorporate design elements from the original piece to keep its story alive in a new form.
How long does a bespoke piece take to make?
Most bespoke designs take around six to eight weeks from initial consultation to completion, depending on the complexity of the design and materials required. We will always give you a clear timeframe before starting and keep you updated throughout the process.
How should I care for my jewellery?
We recommend having your jewellery professionally cleaned and checked every six to twelve months, especially rings worn daily. At home, use warm soapy water, a soft brush, and a lint-free cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals.
Do I need to book an appointment?
For browsing or purchasing ready-made jewellery, you are welcome to visit at any time.
For bespoke consultations, we recommend booking an appointment so we can give you our full attention in our dedicated wedding and design room.
Can I sell unwanted gold or jewellery to you?
Yes. We buy unwanted gold, platinum, and silver at competitive prices, whether broken, outdated, or no longer worn. You can visit us for advice, and we can offer either payment or store credit if you prefer to put the value towards something new.
